Jonah Rexer, MPA/ID, Ph.D.

I am an applied microeconomist studying political economy, development, and urban economics. My research focuses on the interaction between states, firms, and armed groups in natural resource markets. I also study the effect of housing policy on the growth of developing cities.

I am Postdoctoral Associate in the Empirical Studies of Conflict research group and Lecturer at the School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.

I hold a PhD in Applied Economics from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, and an MPA/ID from the Harvard Kennedy School.
